Johnny Alloo 

This spot is named after Ballarat’s first restaurant, and features (of course) delicious coffee and food. There’s the added bonus of being able to deliver your film for development, too as the cafe serves as a drop-off point for Lumina Labs.

Cliffy’s Emporium

Cliffy’s is the epitome of charm. It had its start as a beloved Daylesford grocer in the 1950s, and has held onto the warm, vibrant aesthetic. It’s next door to a nursery and, on Sundays, only a few houses down from the Daylesford Markets.

Icaro 

Coastal coffees are always just a little bit sweeter. Icaro sits right on the iconic Great Ocean Road, and alongside fabulous coffee has a rotating seasonal menu.

Bank St + Co 

Locals Matt and Ricky have experience across all kinds of hospitality and through all corners of the globe like Armenia, Morocco, Spain, France and more. They’ve brought all the expertise home to Port Fairy to serve up beautiful food and perfect coffee.

Bainz 

Another beach spot you have to try on your way through, Bainz is the creator of Coastal Nectar. The team uses small batch, locally harvested honey in delightful menu items like the Honey-Coffee-Cloud and Honey-Matcha-Cloud.

East QTR

Walking into this cafe, you’re greeted with a rich and sweet coffee aroma that is beyond inviting. You can stock up on local goods from Grounded Pleasures, or have an adventure in roasts with a diverse selection of coffee beans for sale. Behind the counter, owner Hector is always smiling and the coffee is always amazing

Forrest General Store 

A must-stop for locals and tourists, this wholesome store sells gourmet snacks and gourmet coffee. Does it get much better than a regional general store holding onto traditional vibes?

Jude the Cafe

This spot is all kinds of adorable, serving sweets, breaky essentials and naturally, coffee. It’s named after one of the owner’s Nana, with fun pink accents that bring the storefront to life.
